Refund policy
At Nannie K Creations, we make every effort to make sure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible including sizing and colour guides for our garments. We have a 14-day returns policy, after this, we are able to offer a store credit. Due to the limited availability and demand for our products, we cannot always guarantee a size or colour will be available when we receive your return. Therefore, its our policy that we do not offer exchanges, only store credits. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Further information below:
REFUND
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and must be returned within 14-days of your purchase date. You’ll also need to include your receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, our refund policy doesnt apply to custom orders. Return shipping will be covered by the customer at their expense.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT
We are happy for you to exchange purchased items within the 30-days of purchase, however, due to the limited availability and demand for our products, we cannot always guarantee a size or colour will be available when we receive your return. Therefore, its our policy that we do not offer exchanges, only store credits, which you can then use to make an additional purchase, or use towards a custom order. To be eligible for an exchange/store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

DAMAGED GOODS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. In the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via email nannieknz@gmail.com
A returned garment, or images of the fault will be required in order to the garment to be deemed as faulty. In this instance, a replacement garment will be offered, or fund. Return shipping for the faulty garment, as well as the replacement garment, will be covered by Nannie K Creations.
